Assembly Shift Leader

Qualifications

• Technical degree Bac+3
• 3–5 years in automotive production or manufacturing
• Experience in leading teams on the shop floor
• Knowledge of production processes
• Team leadership and people management
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production targets are met
• Monitor line performance and react quickly to deviations
• Balance workloads across operators and stations
• React to defects, escalate issues, and implement containment actions
• Ensure traceability and proper documentation
• Handle conflicts and maintain discipline
