What's The Role
The Sales Support Multinational Corporations role in with Liberty Business in Trindad provides commercial and administrative support to the Global Account Management organization serving multinational customers.
The role works closely with Global Account Managers (GAMs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and various internal teams to ensure opportunities, customer requests, quotes, contracts, and commercial activities move efficiently from identification through execution.
The Sales Support team enables Global Account Managers to spend more time on customer relationships, strategic account planning, revenue growth, and business development by supporting the day-to-day coordination and sales administration associated with complex multinational accounts.
What You'll Do
Sales & Commercial Support
- Provide day-to-day commercial support to Global Account Managers managing multinational and high-value accounts.
- Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, proposals, pricing requests, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate pricing and approval processes across internal stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of customer presentations, account reviews, proposals, and business cases.
- Track opportunities through the sales pipeline and ensure required actions are completed.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, forecast, and customer information within the CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate sales activities across multiple countries, business units, and internal teams.
- Assist GAMs with follow-up activities, action tracking, and customer commitments.
Quotation & Order Management
- Support the end-to-end quotation process from customer request through internal approval and customer submission.
- Ensure quotes comply with commercial policies, pricing guidelines, and approval requirements.
- Track quote status and proactively follow up with internal teams to prevent delays.
- Coordinate order documentation and handoff from sales to implementation/service delivery teams.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information before orders are submitted.
Strategic Account Coordination
- Support GAMs with the administration and coordination of strategic account plans.
- Maintain customer account information, organizational charts, contracts, pricing information, and other relevant documentation.
- Track customer actions, opportunities and renewals
- Support the preparation of account performance reports and management presentations.
- Assist with customer communications and follow-ups where appropriate.
- Act as a central coordination point between the Global Account Manager and internal teams.
- Ensure information is accurately communicated and that actions are completed within agreed timelines.
Sales Support & Commercial Analysis
- Support weekly/monthly sales reporting and forecasting.
- Monitor sales activities against established timelines and targets.
- Highlight potential delays, risks, or gaps to the GAM and sales leadership.
Contracts & Commercial Administration
- Support the coordination of contracts, amendments, renewals, and commercial documentation.
- Work with Finance and Legal to ensure required approvals are obtained.
- Track contract milestones, expiration dates, renewal dates, and commercial commitments.
- Maintain organized records of customer agreements and supporting documentation.
- Assist with commercial analysis related to pricing, revenue, and account performance.
Customer Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Respond to or coordinate customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer requests are directed to the appropriate internal team.
- Track open commercial actions through to completion.
- Help ensure a consistent customer experience across multiple countries and service teams.
- Escalate customer or commercial issues to the appropriate GAM or functional leader.
What You'll Need
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Telecommunications, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, account management, commercial operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in telecommunications, technology, IT services, cloud, or managed services preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise or multinational customers preferred.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working across multiple functions, countries, or business units is an advantage.

- Stakeholder Management - Able to effectively coordinate activities across sales, operations, finance, legal, customer success, and other internal teams.

- Analytical Skills - Able to analyze pipeline, revenue, customer, and sales information and turn it into useful reports and insights.
- Customer Orientation - Understands the importance of delivering a consistent and professional experience to strategic multinational customers.
- Proactive Mindset - Anticipates requirements, identifies potential issues, and follows up with stakeholders rather than waiting for issues to escalate.
- Execution - Strong ability to manage tasks from initiation through completion and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
