What to Expect

As a core member of Tesla's future leadership team, you will start at the front line as a "Tesla Advisor," gaining deep expertise in electric vehicle technology, charging solutions, and brand culture. Through systematic training and hands-on experience, you will learn to manage high-performing teams, optimize customer experiences, and achieve sales targets, ultimately advancing to a Store Manager role. You will play a key role in building a world of amazing abundance.

What You’ll Do

A. Exceptional Customer Experience & Product Education

· Brand Ambassador: Convey Tesla's spirit of innovation and sustainability mission to customers. Provide pressure-free consulting services, explaining the advantages of EVs, Autopilot features, and charging infrastructure.

· Experience Management: Ensure the showroom environment maintains Tesla's minimalist and tech-forward standards. Guide the team in providing a seamless test drive and delivery experience for customers.

· Needs Analysis: Use communication skills to deeply understand customer needs and provide tailored vehicle configurations and financing options.

B. Store Operations & Data-Driven Management

· KPI Achievement: Monitor and analyze daily sales data, lead conversion rates, and conversion ratios. Utilize data tools (such as Tesla's internal CRM system) to formulate improvement strategies.

· Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Assist in managing display vehicle inventory and accessories, and coordinate with the logistics team for vehicle scheduling to ensure optimal display vehicle conditions.

· Process Optimization: Continuously optimize the end-to-end process

from showroom reception and needs confirmation to order placement and delivery, improving operational efficiency.

C. Team Leadership & Talent Development

· Culture Transmission: Lead by example, instilling Tesla's "First Principles" thinking in the team, encouraging innovation and efficiency.

· Training & Mentorship: Serve as a mentor for new Tesla Advisors, helping them quickly master product knowledge and sales skills.

· Performance Incentives: Establish a fair performance evaluation mechanism to unlock team potential and create a high-energy, high-competitiveness work environment.

· Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Service teams at Headquarters to ensure real-time alignment of store information and resources.

D. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

· Competitor Analysis: Closely monitor market dynamics and competitor strategies in the premium EV segment, providing feedback to Headquarters to adjust store tactics.

· Community Engagement: Assist in managing local community channels and organize or participate in Tesla community events to enhance the brand's local influence.

What You’ll Bring

· Experience:

o 1-3 years of experience in premium retail, automotive sales, tech product sales, or service industry is highly desirable.

o Prior experience in team leadership, leading projects, or demonstrating strong self-drive is a plus.

o Passion for the EV industry, AI technology, or sustainable energy is essential.

· Core Competencies:

o Tech Savviness: Strong curiosity about new technologies and EV tech; ability to quickly learn and explain complex technologies to customers.

o Communication & Persuasion: Excellent listening and expression skills to build trust with customers from diverse backgrounds.

o Data Mindset: Habitual use of data to identify problems and propose solutions based on reports.

o Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and handle unexpected situations with flexibility.

· Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese; basic English proficiency is a plus (Tesla is a global enterprise).

· Others: Valid driver's license (motorcycle or car); passion for driving.
