Operations Manager

Vishay Precision Group is seeking a skilled Management Operation Manager to lead and optimize our operational processes. This role demands strategic oversight and effective coordination across various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute operational plans successfully.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to optimize operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, or substantial experience in Planning and Purchasing functions.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Familiar with ERP systems and manufacturing/assembly processes.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Experience in project management.
• Fluent in English, including speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
