Senior Manager, Lead of Asset Allocation and Management Section of Investment Department

About the Role

The Lead of Asset Allocation and Management Section is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of investment asset allocation strategies. This role helps ensure the portfolio is aligned with business objectives, risk appetite, and long-term investment goals.

資產配置與管理科主管負責協助制定、執行及監控投資資產配置策略，確保投資組合配置與公司經營目標、風險承受度及長期投資目標一致。

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review asset allocation recommendations across investment portfolios
• Monitor portfolio performance, market conditions, and rebalancing needs
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on investment strategy and execution
• Support reporting, analysis, and decision-making for management and committees
• 制定及檢視各投資組合之資產配置建議
• 監控投資績效、市場狀況及再平衡需求
• 與內部相關單位協調投資策略及執行事項
• 支援管理階層及委員會之報告、分析與決策

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Investment, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Solid knowledge of investment principles and asset allocation
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment, portfolio management, or asset management

• 具備投資原理及資產配置之深厚知識
• 熟悉保險業投資相關法規及遵循要求
• 具備良好的分析、溝通及簡報能力
• 具備 5 年以上投資、投資組合管理或資產管理相關經驗

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience managing external managers and overseeing delegated investment mandates
• Experience in insurance investment or institutional asset management
• Familiarity with fixed income, ETF, and PE fund investments
• Professional certifications such as CFA or equivalent
• 具備管理外部委託經理人及監督委託投資授權之經驗
• 具備全權委託投資管理經驗
• 具備保險業投資或機構法人資產管理經驗
• 熟悉固定收益、ETF及私募基金投資
• 具備 CFA 或同等專業證照
