【工作內容】
- Manager for sourcing, supplier development, pricing and negotiation for Non-BOM Material
- Manage Non-BOM Material Procurement Cost to Meet Given Target
- Lead the team to achieve the project objectives, and be responsible for the project results
- Lead the team to optimize and improve the process, improve the work efficiency
- Understand market supply intelligence on responsible fields, Conduct cost scrub for new RFQ & Annual & Semi annual RFQ.
- Able to co-work and communicate with internal teams(e.g. manufacturing,BU,buyer , engineering, SQE, etc.)
- Can solve difficult problems in work efficiently, and deal with emergencies
- Develop and Deploy Non-BOM Material Sourcing Strategy
