The Board of Education is seeking applications for the 2026-2027 school year for the following position:
BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST
(10 Months � Non-certificated)
District
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or social sciences; Master's degree preferred.
- Post-baccalaureate training in applied behavior analysis or comparable field preferred.
- Specialized training and/or demonstrate expertise in school based applied behavior analysis.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive formal and informal function behavior assessments.
- Experience working with students with autism/disabilities � preferred.
- Must be able to perform physical work, which requires frequent bending and lifting. Independently lift/carry up to 25 lbs., more than 25 lbs. with assistance.
- New Jersey residence within one (1) year from date of hire.
Compensation Rate/Range: $70,174 - $80,074 for Non-Cert & $73,690 - $111,682 for BCBA
