We are seeking highly motivated Accounting Analyst candidates to join our Wichita-headquartered Koch companies following graduation. Our Team

Accounting Analysts play a critical role in helping our businesses make informed decisions through financial analysis, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement. As an early career contributor, you'll collaborate with business leaders, finance teams, and stakeholders across the organization while building a strong foundation in accounting and business operations.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
  • Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to improve reporting accuracy and business processes
  • Utilize financial systems and data tools to gather, organize, and interpret information
  • Contribute to projects that drive efficiency, compliance, and value creation across the organization
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to streamline accounting processes, identify trends, and enhance reporting accuracy

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
  • Ability to work onsite at our Wichita, KS, headquarters full-time following graduation
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Previous internship, co-op, leadership, or work experience
  • Exposure to financial reporting, auditing, tax, cost accounting, or corporate accounting
  • Experience leveraging Excel or similar analytical tools to analyze data, solve business problems, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated initiative through student organizations, leadership roles, or community involvement
  • An analytical mindset and eagerness to learn, solve complex problems, and create value
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can be applied to improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and create value
