We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Service Technician I based in our Chino, CA warehouse. The Service Technician I reports to the Shop Supervisor, and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of restaurant equipment, alongside a Service Technician IV/V or Service Supervisor.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair of restaurant equipment (e.g. cooking equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, light carpentry)
• Complete work orders (pressure washers, green machines, doors, etc.)
• Occasionally conduct preventative maintenance (fryers, grills, dicers, steamers, etc.) to ensure power cords look good and equipment is calibrated

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• Pay Range is $24.16-$27.00 per hour
  The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; (5) five days a week
• Hours: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; required
• Prior experience working in a warehouse; preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant equipment repair; preferred
• Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical; preferred
• HVAC Certificate; preferred but not required
• EPA Certificate for refrigerants; preferred but not required
• In-N-Out Burger store knowledge preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• For Store associates:

• Minimum one (1) year tenure with In-N-Out Burger
• Minimum Level 3
• No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months and must be in good standing with Management
