Technical Sales Representative NEX

This role requires relocation to Williston, ND

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for clients during field operations.
  • Conduct site assessments, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-the-spot engineering support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
  • Analyzes well performance and helps completions engineers optimize stimulation design
  • Analyzes and provides recommendation data where wells and processing machinery should be placed in order to maximize production.
  • Analyze data in order to recommend placement of wells and supplementary processes to enhance production.
  • Monitors production rates and reworks processes to improve production where possible.
  • Prepare presentations, detailed reports, documentation, and recommendations based on field observations.
  • Support project planning, execution, and post-project reviews with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Work closely with field staff, sales and technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of field engineering experience, preferably in a client-facing role, in lieu of a BS in STEM/Engineering
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within district or to HQ as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/STEM w/2-4 years of Field Experience
  • Experience in Frac, Power Solutions, EOS, or other NEX product line is highly desired
  • Familiarity with client relationship management and project coordination.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PE, or industry-specific credentials are a plus.
