IT Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will join BELFOR's information systems support team and will be responsible for providing comprehensive tier 1-2 information technology support for a large network environment.

Responsibility Summary:

• Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software issues.
• Perform endpoint software updates and other vulnerability remediation.
• Assist with the identification and remediation of cyber threats.
• Limited network administration including password resets.
• Assist with computer and software asset management process.
• Assist with mobile device management.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or greater based on information systems curriculum.
• 3+ years providing IT support in a professional environment.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience providing end user support in a WAN environment a plus.
