SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (01410)

Summary

Supports aircraft maintenance, equipment installation, and modification functions on F-15E aircraft in accordance with the Air Force technical directives, applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements.

This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.

Essential Functions

• Perform Material Handling and Control Functions
• Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs

Duties

• Material Control Management (Primary Duty)
• Order and receive aircraft parts and materials
• Maintain applicable inventory and supply records
• Hazardous Material Control and Management (HMC&M) Program
• Perform Tool Room and Tool Control Program (TCP) functions as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related supply, logistics, inventory, or material control experience required
• Completion of military logistics/supply training or equivalent civilian logistics/supply training required; military supply training preferred
• Working knowledge of supply systems, inventory management, storage management, material control, and applicable supply procedures
• Logistics School or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to work day, swing, mid, or weekend shift as required.
• SECRET clearance required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged sitting, standing, kneeling, climbing and/or use of a computer and office equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires sufficient vision to read and review records. Must be able to work in high-noise environments, wear required PPE, and work indoors in office/hangar and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

• $35.70/hour + $2.65 H&W
