Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on short-form video content and community engagement to increase brand awareness and online presence.
• Manage and oversee the creation of engaging and innovative short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to leverage new opportunities for the brand.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster a positive community environment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media with all marketing campaigns.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators to produce collaborative content and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
• Work with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with new product releases, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a focus on short-form video content and community management.
• Excellent knowledge of TikTok (or Douyin), Instagram, YouTube, and other social media best practices.
• Data-driven, with a tool-oriented mindset, actively embracing AIGC.
• Experience with visual communication principles and video editing.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with overseas study or work experience
