Audubon is currently seeking a Lead Designer to join our team in the Tulsa, OK office. The Lead Designer will be responsible for leading design and drafting activities for assigned projects. Provides technical direction and guidance to designers and drafters and ensures that design deliverables are accurate, coordinated, constructible, and completed in accordance with project requirements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development of plans, layouts, models, details, and construction documents.
Assign and coordinate work performed by designers and drafters.
Review drawings and design deliverables for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Coordinate design activities with engineers, project managers, clients, vendors, and field personnel.
Identify design conflicts and support the development of practical solutions.
Monitor design progress, schedules, and deliverable requirements.
Support site visits, field verification, and preparation of as-built documentation.
Promote compliance with company, client, industry, and safety standards.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred.
Significant experience in industrial, transmission, processing, or energy facility design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, 3D modeling software, or discipline-specific design tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead design teams and coordinate multidisciplinary deliverables.
