1. Own Anker’s physical retail presence and performance in US
2. Brand Retail Development: lead Anker US retail store strategy (incl. site selection, format choice, localization of the Global Store Design Concept), buildout and launch
3. Retail Operations: manages store staffing and training, inventory and POS, in-store after-sales service, and store-level P&L 4.Interface with local suppliers (for fit-out, equipment and logistics) and manage delivery quality. Ensure compliance with US federal and state regulations in areas such as labor, fire safety, taxation, and consumer protection

Qualifications

1. Over 5 years of experience in retail store expansion or operation, with a proven track record of independently completing the end-to-end launch of a new store from scratch(site selection → preparation → grand opening) 2.Familiar with the US retail market: business district logic, lease terms, construction and licensing procedures, and employment regulations 3.Bilingual in Chinese and English, capable of collaborating efficiently with Chinese and US teams 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description The base salary range for this position is between CAD $120,000 to $150,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
