We have an opportunity for a Residential Program Manager to lead four CRR programs throughout Delaware County.

The Residential Program Manage r is a passionate leader dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and thriving homes for the individuals we serve. By guiding teams, overseeing program operations, and championing quality care, this role helps empower residents to reach their full potential while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence.

Responsibilities include:

Program Operations & Administration

Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including clinical and administrative coordination, scheduling, treatment authorizations, service planning, program performance monitoring, and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Oversee treatment and support services to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, achievement of program objectives, and continuous quality improvement through performance monitoring, program evaluation, and process reviews.

External Relations & Program Development

Serve as a liaison with county, state, managed care, and funding agencies; represent the program in stakeholder meetings; and support program marketing, growth, development, and expansion initiatives.

Staff Leadership & Workforce Management

Lead recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and retention efforts while managing employee performance, attendance, leave administration, disciplinary actions, labor relations, and staffing requirements to ensure effective program operations.

Employee Development & Culture

Provide coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and values-driven work environment aligned with organizational expectations.

Resident Services & Outcomes

Ensure individuals receive meaningful treatment, skill-building opportunities, and therapeutic activities that support service plan goals, personal growth, and positive outcomes.

Earn $70-73k/year (salary commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human services or a similar concentration
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • 3-5 years working in a residential setting
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, but flexible to the needs of the programs, able to assist in emergency situations

Skills needed:

  • Case management experience
  • Ability to build relationships though community outreach and maintain program census
  • Experience completing assessments on referrals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motived and results driven

Work Schedule

Mostly 1st shift, but some flexibility is required
