This is a tipped position. Team members currently earn approximately $15 to $20 per hour with tips. Actual tip earnings vary by shift, location, and business volume.

What It Takes

• Upbeat, engaging personality that lifts the room.
• Comfortable with hot liquids, outdoor weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, bend, climb, and weave through the drive-thru for hours.
• Calm problem-solver who thrives when the rush hits.

Schedule

• Flexible shifts from 5 a.m. opens to 11:30 p.m. closes—including weekends & holidays, with proper time-off requests.
