Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced high-tech and international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices, and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that is rapidly changing.

US: $117000 - $170000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Execute core administrative duties for VP-level leadership, including managing complex global calendars, end-to-end travel, and expense management.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline processes, and build structure to drive efficiency across global team operations.
  • Act as project lead for cross-functional initiatives and execute logistics for high-profile conferences and executive summits.
  • Serve as a key liaison to internal leadership and external executives to ensure timely execution of business priorities.
  • Oversee facilities coordination and maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all sensitive business matters, security protocols, and executive operations.
