Hourly Pay: $27–$35 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lake Mary, Florida is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient clinic. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for a supportive team environment, strong mentorship, and long-term growth in an established outpatient setting.

We welcome new graduate PTAs as well as experienced clinicians and tailor support based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
• Treat patients with a variety of conditions including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro
• Educate patients on exercises and home programs
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and clinic staff
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience

Qualifications

• Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program graduate
• Florida PTA license (or license-eligible)
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in outpatient orthopedic and balance-based care
