Power Section Coordinator

We are seeking a Power Section Coordinator to join our team in the Evansville Service Center. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing our power section fleet. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with third-party vendors for repairs, updating power section information, and participating in new project action plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to HSE requirements and be able to work effectively in a factory environment.

  • Adhere to all quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements and protocols.

  • Perform essential 5S and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Conduct yearly counts on power sections to ensure accurate fleet management.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors for the rework and repair of power sections.

  • Update and maintain power section information in the TAT (Turnaround Time) system.

  • Participate in action planning for new projects, as directed by the supervisor.

  • Ensure timely and efficient tracking and repair of power sections.

  • Manage and oversee the inventory of new and used power sections.

  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, promoting HSEQ awareness.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Asset Manager or supervisor.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

  • Prior experience in a similar role or in the oil and gas industry is an asset.

  • Strong knowledge of HSEQ requirements and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.

  • Familiarity with TAT (Turnaround Time) and TSM (Total Service Management) systems.

  • Understanding of the SSE (Safety, Security, and Environment) program and its implementation.

  • Ability to use NOV (National Oilwell Varco) applications, both current and future versions.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.

  • Willingness to work in a factory environment with potential exposure to high noise levels, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors.
