Weekend Production Associate

Location: Verona, MS

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Hours: 36 hours worked, with 40 hours of pay

Overtime: Hours worked over 36 hours are paid at the applicable overtime rate.

Position Overview

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Weekend Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Verona, MS. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and are willing to perform physically demanding work.

Candidates must be dependable, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general production and manufacturing duties.
• Assist with assembly and production processes.
• Operate machinery and equipment as trained.
• Move and handle materials throughout the production area.
• Perform frequent heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
• Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect products and materials for quality.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Schedule & Training

Regular Weekend Schedule:

Friday – Sunday

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employees will work 36 hours per week but receive 40 hours of pay , making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a strong weekend schedule.

Initial Training:

New employees may be required to train Monday – Thursday from 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM , with additional Fridays and Saturdays as needed during the training period.

Requirements

• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
• Must be able to work the required Friday–Sunday schedule.
• Must be able to perform frequent heavy lifting and physical labor.
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
