AI/ML Engineer III

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer III to join our team!

Specifically, we are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to support the FFPP VISTA Development and Sustainment (MT&E Team) mission, applying advanced machine learning to large-scale mission data.

Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years experience in applied machine learning in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• A Master's or Ph.D. degree in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or deep learning from an accredited college or university.
  • 5 additional years of machine learning experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree may be substituted for a Master's degree.
• Experience with standard machine learning frameworks, e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Required:

• Select appropriate data sets and perform statistical analysis
• Research, implement, and tune a broad range of AI and ML algorithms and tools
• Build and operate MLOps pipelines to train, deploy, monitor, and retrain models at scale
• Transform and convert data science prototypes into scalable production solutions
• Oversee test and evaluation of AI and ML algorithms through an iterative design process to meet verification and validation requirements
• Design or select appropriate data and knowledge representation methods
• Verify data and model output quality and identify differences in data distribution that affect model performance
• Provide system integration oversight

Desired:

• Demonstrated background in natural language processing (NLP)
• Experience applying MLOps practices in a production mission environment
