Join Our Growing Collision Repair Team

We are looking for an experienced Collision Estimator to join our team and take ownership of the estimating process from initial vehicle inspection through final repair completion.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in Mitchell estimating, understands modern collision repair procedures, and has hands-on experience using PartsTrader to source, compare, and manage parts.

What You'll Do

  • Perform thorough vehicle damage inspections and write accurate, complete estimates using Mitchell.

  • Create supplements as additional damage is identified throughout the repair process.

  • Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, insurance companies, and customers to keep repairs moving.

  • Utilize PartsTrader to source and order parts, compare pricing, and manage parts procurement.

  • Verify OEM repair procedures and ensure estimates accurately reflect the required repair process.

  • Identify hidden damage and ensure proper documentation of all repairs.

  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding estimates, supplements, procedures, and repair decisions.

  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner.

  • Provide customers with professional, transparent communication throughout the repair process.

  • Work closely with production and management to maintain cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Help maximize repair quality and profitability by writing complete, accurate estimates from the beginning.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Previous experience as a Collision Estimator.

  • Strong working knowledge of Mitchell estimating software.

  • Experience with PartsTrader.

  • Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction.

  • Ability to identify all visible and potential hidden damage.

  • Strong knowledge of OEM repair procedures and documentation.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

  • Professional customer-service skills.

Preferred:

  • I-CAR or other industry certifications.

  • Experience working with multiple insurance carriers.

  • Knowledge of ADAS, calibration requirements, and modern vehicle repair procedures.

  • Experience working in a high-volume collision center.
