We are seeking motivated Finance Analyst candidates to join Wichita-headquartered Koch companies following graduation. In this role, you'll apply analytical thinking, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills to support business decisions, drive continuous improvement, and create long-term value.
Our Team
Finance Analysts play an important role in helping our businesses evaluate opportunities, understand performance, and make informed decisions. As an early career contributor, you'll collaborate with business leaders, finance professionals, and stakeholders across the organization while building a strong foundation in finance and business operations.

What You Will Do
- Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
- Develop reports, dashboards, and financial models that provide meaningful business insights
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to improve performance and business processes
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and technology to analyze data, improve efficiency, and support informed business decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to finance and business teams
- Support projects that drive operational excellence and value creation
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Enrolled in a business degree program such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Agribusiness, or a related field
- Expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
- Ability to work onsite at our Wichita, KS headquarters full-time following graduation
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous internship, co-op, leadership, or work experience
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or business strategy projects
- Experience leveraging Excel or similar analytical tools to analyze data, solve business problems, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Exposure to financial modeling, data visualization, or business intelligence tools
- Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can be applied to improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and create value
