Voice Project Manager

TEKsystems is currently looking for a Project Manager with Voice experience that will have responsibilities relating to technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery using Enterprise Change tools and guidelines.

  • Manages/Coordinates resources within and across various lines of business and has matrix management responsibility.
  • Balances soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, milestone delivery of the technical solution.
  • Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions.
  • Must be able to identify possible issues before they become an issue and successfully mitigate to keep the project (and personnel) on schedule.
  • Must be able to present progress as well as issues, and be able to provide possible solutions as well as take constructive criticism.
  • Understand stakeholder's expectations and objectives.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with management, team members and stakeholders.
  • Must be able to identify changing priorities within the project and move resources to continue the most effective use of the resources as many times you are competing for their time with other concurrent projects.
  • Required to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner.
  • Maintain system of records related to inventory detail updates.
  1. 5-7 plus years of Voice Project Management experience in managing projects in an enterprise environment.

  2. Basic understanding of Telecom deliverables, i.e., Avaya, Cisco and Ribbon voice technologies. Any Knowledge and experience with M365/TEAMS would be

highly preferred.

  1. Experience working with BMC Remedy or ServiceNow

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
