We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to support and maintain an enterprise identity and access management environment for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) architecture, synchronization services, and workflow automation, along with expertise in Windows Server infrastructure and identity data management.

Key Responsibilities

You must possess a FSP with a polygraph performed within the past six years.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• MIM architecture and operations, to include the MIM Synchronization Service, Metaverse design, Connector Spaces, Management Agents (MAs), MIM Portal and sync rules
• Performing routine OS patches and system upgrades
• Performing database and application patching
• Configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Microsoft Indentity Manager Workflow Activity Library (MIMWAL)
• Windows Server Infrastructure, such as Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, and Group Policy
• Providing Tier 2-3 support, to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve synchronization failures and user access issues escalated from the service desk
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for data validation
• Hands-on experience scripting SQL queries
• Hands-on experience using PowerShell
• C# and the .NET framework to read, debug, and occasionally modify rule extensions
• Auditing, syncing, and cleaning identity data across disparate data tables to maintain data integrity, consistency, and flow
• Implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences with or in the following are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work include:

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Exchange Subscription Edition and deep familiarity with the Windows OS framework
• Familiarity with identity management tools, such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), SailPoint, Dell One Identity, PowerSynchPro, or Saviynt
• Ability to wear multiple hats while investigating and resolving critical infrastructure issues across MIM and MS Exchange
• Working with SQL, including advanced querying, optimization, and building databases.
