You will be the Lead Business Analyst for the F16 Production portfolio. Our team is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Business operations to include proposal development and negotiations, program execution activities, profitability analysis, OSEC (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash) commitments, and internal/external program reporting.

As the Lead Business Analyst for a portion of the F16 Production Finance Portfolio we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Portfolio Lead to oversee this portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business analysts, providing financial oversight, ensuring portfolio contracts have sound cost and financial baselines, and providing financial oversight for all portfolio proposal efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide oversight to a team of business analysts supporting the portfolio

• Ensure portfolio contracts have sound cost and financial baselines

• Conduct financial risk assessments and ensure accurate financial forecasts inclusive of presenting and validating quarterly CSR (contract status reviews)

• Ensure proposals have sound financial positions and alignment to LRP Commitments

• Collaborate with Program Managers, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the portfolio’s financial performance and identify areas for improvement

You bring a deep understanding of cost baselines, forecasting, and risk management, and you know how to translate complex financial data into clear insights that drive smart decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering confidently with Program Managers, FP&A, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.

You are an organized, proactive lead who can guide business analysts and maintain a strategic view of portfolio performance while managing day-to-day execution. With a sharp eye for financial integrity and continuous improvement, you are committed to delivering accurate, timely and meaningful portfolio insights that support mission success.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college

• Experience with SAP, Deltek, or similar business systems

• 3+ Years experience in business operations role

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with contract and proposal processes, including various contract types (e.g., FPIF, CPIF, FFP)

• Experience with US Government reporting requirements (e.g., CPR, IPMR, CFSR)

• Knowledge of Earned Value (EV) applications and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)

• Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting

• Experience with program management, including program execution and control

• Experience with change management and process improvement

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
