CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is seeking an experienced full time Architectural Review Coordinator (ARC) Modifications Liaison to work on-site at Brunswick Forest Master Association- a property that is 4,500 acres and will potentially have 4-6,000+ owners at build-out with 30+ separate neighborhood Associations. It is one of the fastest growing communities in the Southeastern Unites States.
This position is a full-time, 40 hour per week role with benefits.
Duties:
- Works in the office full time and meets with customers
- Works directly with property owners on ARC submittals via phone, email and Vantaca
- Provides reports for the ARC on number of outstanding submittals, etc.
- Updates and creates ARC Forms, Processes and Documents
- Performs limited, as needed, inspections for the ARC regarding modifications
- Obtains additional information from owners needed by the ARC
- Obtains and provides Plot Plans for owner submittals
- Maintains the database and owner’s records in Share Point regarding submittals, concerns, determinations, etc.
- Creates Approval and Denial Letters
- Manages non-compliance issues starting with good neighbor communications through violations processing
- Creates and updates community responsibility maps
- Also, assists with meeting minutes, meeting packages, work orders, billing questions, etc.
The candidate will also be trained on various Assistant Community Manager functions to support the team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with CAMS is a plus.
- General Customer Service software experience is required.
- Previous experience with ARC Processes at both Neighborhood Managed and Developer Controlled levels is preferred.
- Proficiency with Adobe, Word, and Excel are paramount to the success in this position.
- Experience with Photoshop and/or Chief Architect is preferred.
- Must have professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient at time management and work well independently.
