Summary

Supports aircraft maintenance, equipment installation, and modification functions on F-15E aircraft in accordance with the Air Force technical directives, applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements.

This position performs Tool Control Program Management.

Essential Functions

• Perform Tool Room and Tool Control Program (TCP) functions
• Issue, receive, store, inventory, and maintain accountability of tools, parts, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs

Duties

• Tool Control Program (TCP) Manager
• Manage Tool Room operations, including tool accountability, inventory, issue, receipt, and maintenance
• Order, issue, and receive tools, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Hazardous Material Control and Management (HMC&M) Program
• Order, issue, receive, dispose of, and properly handle hazardous materials and waste in accordance with applicable Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and local governing directives
• Ensure compliance with applicable FOD, safety, and quality requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related Tool Room, Tool Control, parts, supply, or material control experience required
• Aircraft maintenance support or aviation Tool Room experience preferred.
• Knowledge of tool accountability, inventory control, and FOD prevention procedures preferred
• Must be able to work day, swing, mid, or weekend shift as required
• SECRET clearance required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged sitting, standing, kneeling, climbing and/or use of a computer and office equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires sufficient vision to read and review records. Must be able to work in high-noise environments, wear required PPE, and work indoors in office/hangar and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

• $22.30/hour + $2.65 H&W
