About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties as a Restoration Technician in Macon, GA. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those affected by water and fire damage while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water extraction and structural drying using industry-standard equipment.
• Conduct fire damage restoration and smoke odor removal.
• Document job progress and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding of services.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in inventory management and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
