Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Art Instructor to teach basic art classes, including oil painting and watercolor, to senior participants. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent teaching skills, utilizing encouragement and positive guidance to actively engage participants of varying abilities. Teach basic art classes, focusing on oil painting, watercolor or other painting techniques. Design and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of senior participants. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes active engagement. Ensure reliable and consistent attendance. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate participants with different skill levels.
