Staring Rate of pay: $20/hour

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

What you will be doing

• Pull all correct tooling for press schedules and supply them to the correct Press/location.
• Remove all used tooling from presses and separate tooling for caustic/storage.
• Load used tooling into boil out tanks.
• Remove boiled out tooling from caustic tanks, rinse, dry.
• Shot blast all dies from caustic cleaning and transport into die repair shop.
• Manipulation and control of steel (50-75lbs) with pulling, pushing and lifting.
• Other duties as assigned.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision tooling.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and setup documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in aluminum extrusion, die shop operations, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and lifting devices.
• Knowledge of extrusion dies, tooling assembly, and die handling practices.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
