What you´ll do

As a Product Development Intern in our Packaging Adhesives team, you will:

  • Participate in the development of innovative and sustainable adhesive products tailored to customer and market needs.
  • Support efforts to streamline and optimize the existing product portfolio for improved efficiency and performance.
  • Evaluate new technologies, raw materials, or capabilities for their potential use in packaging adhesive applications.
  • Assist in designing and executing lab experiments to test product performance and suitability.
  • Develop and refine test procedures to enhance product selection accuracy and application effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into actionable product improvements.

What makes you a good fit

  • An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 or master’s / graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Polymer Science.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and effective collaboration.
  • Strong laboratory skills, including precision in experimental setup and data collection.
  • Ability to create, manage, and execute project plans with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and cross-functional partners in a dynamic environment.

  • This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support
  • This internship has a duration of May 24th – August 13th

The salary range for this role is $22-27/hour. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
