Purpose of Position
- This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Draft and refine onboarding materials, user guides, and training documentation for the digital twin interface
- Reach out to prospective pilot users (trial designers, clinical research associates) to schedule usability sessions
- Collect and organize user feedback during pilot testing for the technical evaluation report
- Maintain an accurate outreach log for grant reporting
- Other duties as assigned, flexible as determined by the supervisor
Minimum Requirements
- Strong professional written communication for externally-facing correspondence
- Proactive, self-directed follow-through on outreach and contact tracking
- Track record of independent, end-to-end work
- Willingness to complete confidentiality/data-handling training
- Enrolled in UND undergraduate/graduate, sophomore standing or above, in good standing
- 3.3 cumulative GPA and multi-semester commitment through month 12
- No conflicting funded UND positions
- Preferred: User research or technical-writing experience and interest in health equity/clinical trials
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
