Milnor Public School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Science Teacher for the 2026�2027 school year.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $41,500 (DOE)
- District pays both sides of TFFR
- District pays single health insurance
- Competitive total compensation package ($65,000+ total package)
Qualifications
- North Dakota teaching license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to support student achievement
- Experience (or interest) in using assessment data (e.g., Fastbridge, NDSA) to inform instruction
