Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical

One of the country's top general contractors is building a hyperscale data center campus. It's six buildings for one of the biggest names in cloud. They need superintendents who can handle serious data center work and don't mind living on the road.

The first project will be in central Ohio.

What you'll do

• Represent the GC and run your own building within a multi-building campus, covering every trade from dirt to turnover.
• Coordinate subs. There will be up to 60 on site at peak.
• Keep the power, cooling, and controls installs on track and ready for commissioning.
• Own safety, schedule, and quality.
• Work within a two-shift operation alongside a strong site leadership team.

What you bring

• About 5 years as a superintendent or assistant superintendent, GC or MEP sub side.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades, or you're ready to step up from a sub to running a whole building.
• A strong MEP background. Complex power and cooling systems won't scare you.
• Ground-up or TI experience. Either works.
• Data center or mission-critical experience is a big plus.
• OSHA 30, or the ability to get it.
• You're good with travel. This is a road job.

• $170K to $190K base

This is a long-term program with multiple buildings, which means years of work, not a one-and-done project.
