Schedule

We are currently seeking veterinarians for:

  • Part-Time: Saturday and Sunday
  • Full-Time: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

We are open to discussing scheduling and finding an arrangement that works well for the right veterinarian.

Job Summary

The Veterinarian is an essential member of the Above & Beyond Pet Care Hospital team. Working closely with the Managing Doctor and support staff, the veterinarian will provide high-quality medical care while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

We are looking for a veterinarian who is confident, compassionate, collaborative, and excited about having the freedom to practice medicine and build the type of career they want.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients by listening to their concerns, gathering relevant information, and providing compassionate guidance.
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental procedures.
  • Provide high-quality patient care while minimizing stress and discomfort.
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, preventive healthcare, nutrition, and ongoing care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical and surgical records.
  • Stay current with developments and advancements in veterinary medicine.
  • Work collaboratively with the veterinary and paraprofessional team to provide exceptional patient care and client service.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and professional hospital environment.
  • Represent Above & Beyond Pet Care Hospital positively within the veterinary community and general public.
