Position Summary
This position is responsible for the safe operation of forklift trucks, used to move, locate, relocate, stack and count materials and products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Certified to operate Forklift trucks.
Use RF gun/scanner to input data into Warehouse Management System
Inspect equipment daily and complete pre-inspection form.
Operate equipment in an array of surroundings and multi-temperature settings (-10° to 90°)
Put-away, transfer, retrieve, pick and deliver materials in storage.
Unload and load pallets from inbound and outbound trailers.
Load trucks and vehicles from the public
Completion BOL’s
Meet or exceed department standards
Utilize RF gun/scanner to pull accurate SKU’S and quantities.
Perform pre-stretching exercises (5-10 minutes)
Performs other duties and works in other departments as assigned
Qualifications
- This position requires the employee to stand, walk, twist and reach for entire shift (8-10 hours).
- This position requires the employee to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis.
- This position requires the employee to work in heights as assigned (30 feet).
- Requires working in cramped workspaces and getting into awkward positions.
- Requires working in very hot (above 90 F degrees) or very cold (below 32 F degrees) temperatures.
- Exposed to sounds and noise levels that maybe distracting.
- This position requires the employee to successfully complete pre-employment screening and training class.
- This position requires the employee to see/read small print.
