Overview
Our client is expanding its project portfolio and is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing number of strategic initiatives across the organization. These are focused on driving successful project execution within a fast-paced financial services environment.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded project management professional with banking industry experience,
strong Agile delivery knowledge, and the ability to effectively coordinate teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results.
This is an excellent opportunity tojoin a collaborative Enterprise PMO supporting both customer-facing and
operational transformation initiatives.
KeyResponsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead project teams through all phases of project execution.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum-based delivery teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational priorities.
- Coordinate resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Foster collaboration and accountability among cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
- Banking, financial services, or related industry experience.
- Experience working within both traditional project management and Agile delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
