Maintenance Assistant

At Brookestone View, our Maintenance Assistants play an important role in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in keeping things running smoothly, and want to make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
• Help maintain building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in keeping our community clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, families, and team members.
• Work with other departments to support an exceptional resident experience.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a high-quality environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license required.
