Systems Integration/Test Engineer

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking an early career systems integration and test engineer to support Air Dominance. The candidate will be a part of a multi-function team responsible for development and integration of test assets that support missile flight testing providing systems engineering application on hardware within our laboratory environments. The role includes tasking where the candidate would need to understand drawings, schematics, technical documents, and military standards. Performing a design of experience and execution of hardware testing includes electrical interface testings, software integration, mechanical interfaces, and environmental testing including but not limited to thermal, altitude and vibrations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field

Minimum 2 years of experience in systems hardware testing, hardware development, integration and test, systems requirements

Active Secret Clearance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with competing Departmenf of Defense engineering company
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure
accurate and reliable test results
• Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
