Aesthetic RN Injector

BEAUTILAB, a premier luxury med spa in Birmingham, Michigan, is seeking an experienced Aesthetic RN Injector to join its growing team.

We're looking for an injector who combines strong clinical skills and an eye for aesthetics with a genuine ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create individualized treatment plans
• Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, and other treatments within your training and scope of practice
• Use your knowledge of facial anatomy and facial balancing to create thoughtful, natural-looking results
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, maintenance, skincare, and complementary services
• Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional outcomes, communication, and follow-up
• Support client retention, rebooking, and appropriate cross-referrals across BEAUTILAB's aesthetic and wellness services
• Maintain consistent before-and-after photography and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in social media, educational content, events, promotions, and other practice-building initiatives
• Collaborate with fellow injectors, aestheticians, wellness providers, support staff, leadership, and the Medical Director
• Continue developing your expertise through education, advanced training, and hands-on experience

What We're Looking For

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Aesthetic injectable training with demonstrated competency
• 2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred
• Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers; experience with biostimulatory injectables is a plus
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, and complication management
• Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A patient-first approach with a commitment to safe, natural-looking outcomes
• Comfortable contributing to social media, before-and-after content, events, and other practice-building efforts
• Motivated to grow professionally, develop a loyal client base, and contribute to the continued success of the practice
• An existing client following in Birmingham or the Metro Detroit area is a plus
