R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals like you to expand our network in Charleston and surrounding areas in West Virginia. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Requirements
· Independently licensed in the State of West Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist)
· Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
· Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
· Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
