This is a full-time Monday through Friday role — an 8-hour shift falling somewhere between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. No nights. No weekends.

Walser Auto Shield is looking for an Automotive Detailer / Ceramic Coating Applicator to join our team in Burnsville. This is a step above a standard detail role — you'll be trained on professional ceramic coating application, paint decontamination, and interior protection systems, building a skill set that carries real value in this industry.

What You'll Do

• Wash, clean, and prep vehicle exteriors, including clay bar treatment
• Perform paint preparation and decontamination
• Apply professional ceramic coating and paint seal products
• Perform light interior detail prior to interior protection application
• Apply interior protection to vehicles
• Assist with quality control inspections on completed vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area
• Participate in daily shop huddles
• All other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned

• Strong attendance and dependability — you show up, on time, every day
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Automotive detailing experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right person
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid MN driver's license
