Summary
The City of Inver Grove Heights is accepting applications for an Aquatics Program Supervisor.
The Aquatics Program Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising a comprehensive aquatics program at the Veterans Memorial Community Center. Duties include supervising aquatics staff; scheduling and planning aquatic activities, events, and rentals, marketing aquatic programs; and managing the aquatics budget, revenues, and expenditures.
The Aquatics Program Supervisor must have the ability to maintain a positive and effecting working relationship with other employees and the public, and to work both independently and in a team-based environment. Must have thoughtful and effective problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and customer service skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
