ISC Production Supervisor

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Brady Corp, you will lead and oversee production operations within the ISC environment, ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance to meet business objectives.

You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact production efficiency, team performance, and product quality, contributing directly to the success and growth of the Product Solutions and Services business.

Qualifications

  • Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process enhancements.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Proven experience supervising production teams and managing manufacturing operations effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with production management tools and systems to monitor workflow and performance.
  • PSS is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.
  • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
