Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding service
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and account-related inquiries
• Resolve issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
• Navigate multiple computer systems while maintaining attention to detail
• Follow company policies, procedures, and call guidelines
• Escalate complex situations to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Meet attendance, productivity, and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
