We're seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while supporting branch and corporate objectives. This role is responsible for efficient inventory management, safe warehouse operations, and strong team performance, while delivering an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers.

What You'll Do

  • Reconcile packaged, truck, and bulk lubricant activity.
  • Manage and complete monthly inventory reconciliations, including cycle counts, resolving inventory variances, and maintaining inventory controls.
  • Maintain the security of the facility and inventory to ensure all products are properly accounted for.
  • Proactively maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Ensure all operational protocols and procedures are followed.
  • Identify and resolve internal control gaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost, service, and operational performance.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external business relationships.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments and customers.
  • Meet deadlines associated with month-end closing activities.
  • Pick, stage, load, and unload products for daily deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience in an operational environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of fuel and lubricant products.
  • Prior inventory management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds continuously.
  • Ability to bend, squat, sit, stand, crawl, walk, and reach overhead as required.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse tools and equipment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage employee performance.
  • SAP experience preferred.
