Licensed HVAC Technician

Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Licensed HVAC Technician to support a facility in St. Louis, MO. This full-time, day-shift role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and equipment diagnostics for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. We are seeking a dependable technician with a valid HVAC license, EPA certification, and extensive experience maintaining complex building systems. Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment performance, reliability, and uptime.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and replace filters, belts, motors, and other HVAC components.
• Calibrate and maintain pneumatic controls, Building Automation Systems, and related HVAC control equipment.
• Inspect and maintain ductwork, ventilation systems, grilles, and exhaust equipment.
• Respond promptly to equipment failures, work orders, and maintenance requests.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work-order documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Maintain tools, replacement parts, and supplies needed to support daily operations.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, PPE standards, and facility policies.

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid HVAC Technician License.
• EPA certification.
• At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment diagnostics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, lift, carry, push, and pull while working around industrial equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Resume required for consideration.

Preferred:

• Experience with Building Automation Systems, HVAC controls, or pneumatic control systems.
• Additional HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical certifications.
• Experience working in a facilities management, industrial, or large commercial environment.
