Specialist, New Business (QE/QC)

New Business (NB) là bộ phận tiếp nhận, kiểm tra, thẩm định và phát hành hợp đồng bảo hiểm; hỗ trợ khách hàng bổ sung thông tin, khám sức khỏe thẩm định; thực hiện hoàn phí khi hồ sơ không đủ điều kiện; và tham gia kiểm thử, phát triển hệ thống nghiệp vụ nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành và bảo đảm tính chính xác, tuân thủ.

New Business (NB) is responsible for receiving, checking, underwriting, and issuing insurance policies; supporting customers with additional information and underwriting medical examinations; processing refunds for ineligible applications; and participating in testing and business system development to improve operational efficiency and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Be ready to receive and complete assigned tasks.

Đọc hiểu yêu cầu dự án, xây dựng test case và kế hoạch testing.

Phối hợp với các phòng ban thực hiện UAT, Trial test, đảm bảo đúng timeline.

Chuẩn bị và cập nhật báo cáo tiến độ testing.

Phối hợp với IT và các phòng ban để điều chỉnh hệ thống khi có quy định mới, thay đổi mới hoặc lỗi phát sinh.

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng bộ phận/Phòng ban hoặc Tổng Giám đốc.

Review project requirements, build test cases, and prepare testing plans.

Coordinate with departments to conduct UAT and Trial tests, ensuring the timeline is met.

Prepare and update testing progress reports.

Work with IT and other departments to adjust the system when new regulations, changes, or issues arise.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team leader, Function Head, COO or CP.

Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm testing hệ thống bảo hiểm.

Có tư duy logic và khả năng phân tích vấn đề.

Sắp xếp và quản lý công việc hiệu quả.

Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt với nhiều phòng ban/bên liên quan.

At least 1 year of experience in testing insurance systems.

Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to organize and manage work effectively.

Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
